Drug and Alcohol Testing

This course has been developed in consultation with relevant industry professionals and is a nationally recognised training course, accredited under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to confirm collection requirements, prepare clients and equipment and collect specimens via urine and/or oral and breath testing following the special procedures that apply for drugs of abuse testing.

Duration: 8 Hours Face to face / pre course workbook to be completed prior to face to face

Student/Trainer ratio: 10:1

There are no prerequisites for the below unit of competency.

This course applies to individuals working in collection centres, in hospitals, in other health care environments and workplaces where drugs of abuse testing takes place.
