This training course is designed to provide skills and knowledge to perform Dogging operations safely within the workplace.
Duration: 5 days – 4 days face to face 1 day assessment

There are no prerequisites for the unit of competency below.
Who should attend?
Any persons who in their workplace may be required to obtain their High-Risk Work Licence to perform Dogging Operations safely in their workplace.
Course Objectives and Content
- Planning of work
- Conducting routine checks on Lifting Gear & crane
- Set up crane & Select Lifting Gear Required
- Calculate Weight & Sling Load in an appropriate manner
- Transfer load using appropriate communication methods
- Safely shutting down and securing crane & Any Lifting Gear

What do I bring?
All necessary equipment and learning materials will be provided. Remember to wear protective foot wear and bring 100 points of ID. Morning tea and lunch will also be provided.
